Frequently asked questions

What should a lost pet poster say?
Keep the top line short (LOST DOG or MISSING CAT), then a clear photo, the pet's name, colour or markings, where and when they were last seen, and a phone number in big type. Leave out your full address.
Are my photos uploaded?
No. Each photo is resized and re-saved as a new JPEG inside your browser, which also drops the camera's location and date details, and they are saved only in this browser. Share links don't include photos.
How do I print a big sign without a big printer?
Choose “Tiled on printer paper”. The sign is split across A4 or Letter sheets, each labelled like a map (A1, B1, A2…) and overlapping its neighbours by 10 mm. Print at 100% (not “fit to page”), trim the dashed edges, line the sheets up by their labels and tape or glue them onto card. A print shop can print the single full-size PDF instead.
