A quadrant chart places items on two axes, each running from low to high, and names the four regions. It is the classic effort-versus-impact or reach-versus-engagement view.
Label the axes with x-axis and y-axis, name the regions with quadrant-1 to quadrant-4, then give each point a name and an x, y position between 0 and 1.
