Diwali wishes they can play with

A forwarded picture is seen for a second. This one opens with their name, written by a sparkler or gathered out of fireworks, plays festive music, and lets them launch the rockets or light the diyas themselves. At the end they can send one of their own with their name already filled in.

Frequently asked questions

How do I send Diwali wishes with a name?
Type their name and yours, pick a message (or write your own, in any language) and choose one of 3 shows and the music. Press "Send on WhatsApp" or copy the link. When they open it and tap, their name appears in lights and the show begins.
Can they interact with it?
Yes. Depending on the show they tap the sky to launch rockets or tap each diya to light it. Nobody has to tap: if they just watch, the show plays by itself.
Is my message uploaded or stored?
No. The names and the message are packed into the link after the # sign, which browsers never send to a server. Nothing is stored anywhere, and the link works for as long as they keep it.
Can I post it as a WhatsApp Status or an Instagram Story?
Yes. Press Make video to get a portrait video (720×1280) with the music and the fireworks sound. It is made on your phone or computer; on a phone you can share it straight to WhatsApp or Instagram.
Does it work in Hindi?
Yes. Switch the message to हिन्दी and the greeting, the ready-made messages and everything they read change to Hindi. You can also type your own message in any language.
Do they need to install anything?
No. It opens in any phone or computer browser, including the one built into WhatsApp. Ask them to turn the sound on.
